At the Lombardi Dance Academy we offer an academic year long program for students age 3 and up.

Payment Policy

Registration Fee

  • Annual Registration Fee: A nonrefundable registration fee of $35 is due at the beginning of the school year for each student.
  • Family Discount: For families registering a second child, the registration fee is $25.

Tuition Payments

  • Tuition Posting: Tuition will be posted on the 1st of each month through our Jackrabbit system.
  • Due Date: Payments are due by the 7th of each month.
  • Late Fees: A late fee of $10 will be charged for payments not received by the 7th. An additional $10 will accrue for each week the payment remains overdue.

Tuition can be paid via:

  • Cash
  • Check (made out to Lombardi Arnold Dance LLC)
  • Credit Card on file through Jackrabbit

 

Dress Code

General Guidelines

  • Full Uniform Required: Students must be in full uniform for each class. This helps foster discipline and unity within the class.
  • Labeling: We strongly encourage parents to label every item of their child’s dance attire to avoid mix-ups. Please ensure labels are placed inside the garments, not on the soles of shoes.

  • Ballet:
    • Black leotard
    • Pink tights
    • Pink ballet skirt
    • Pink ballet shoes
  • Jazz/Acrobatics:
    • Black leotard
    • Skin-tone tights
    • Tan jazz shoes
  • Tap:
    • Black leotard
    • Skin-tone tights
    • Black tap shoes
  • Musical Theater:
    • Black leotard
    • Skin-tone tights
    • Dance pants (optional)
    • Jazz shoes
  • Hip-Hop:
    • Appropriate street clothes (e.g., black leggings or dance pants)
    • Hip-hop sneakers (no jeans allowed)
  • Salsa:
    • Black dance pants or salsa skirt
    • Tan jazz shoes

Hair and Accessories

  • Hair: For ballet classes, long hair must be secured in a bun. For all other classes, hair should be pulled back in a ponytail or secured away from the face.

Jewelry: No jewelry is allowed except for small earrings. This is to prevent any potential hazards, as jewelry can become caught on clothing or other students. Any visible jewelry will need to be removed prior to class.
